Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality therapy services for seniors in post-acute and long-term care settings. You will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities include following individualized care plans, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• PTA degree and state licensure required.
