Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will support rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders, delivering patient-centered care and building relationships with patients and staff.

You will receive mentorship, hands-on experience with innovative therapies, and opportunities to advance your clinical interests within a compassionate, not-for-profit senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in the field.
• Current state license in practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehabilitative services for residents as part of a coordinated on-site team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
