The role requires an active Secret clearance and 6+ years of regulatory policy experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 6+ years of experience in regulatory policy, legal analysis, government rulemaking, or regulatory drafting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal regulatory or policy development efforts.
• Strong written communication, editing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with financial regulatory frameworks, anti-financial crime compliance, or public policy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital assets or emerging financial technologies is a plus.
