Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Senior Regulatory Analyst to support our U.S. Natural Gas operations. You will lead regulatory filings, coordinate with federal and state agencies, and help shape commercial and regulatory strategies for pipeline and storage assets.

You will collaborate with project teams, commercial functions, and legal/regulatory specialists to identify requirements and develop strategies that ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project execution. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8-10+ years of regulator y or related experience in natural gas or energy infrastructure preferred.
• Experience preparing and managing regulatory filings with federal and state agencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support deployment of USNG capital projects across growth and O&M programs.
• Evaluate capital projects to determine commercial and regulatory requirements for pipeline and storage assets.
• Support development of open seasons, precedent agreements, service agreements, and permitting activities.
• Prepare recurring reports related to system capacity, contracting, design, construction and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor regulatory trends relevant to TC Energy’s USNG assets and commercial strategy.
• Support special projects including analysis, presentations, training and cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within Commercial organization.
