Job summary

IRCA Group, a leading provider of semi-finished ingredients for bakery, pastry and gelato, seeks a Senior Regulatory Specialist to support regulatory work across domestic and international markets.

This hybrid role can be based at one of the following IRCA Group production facility locations: Duluth, GA; Elk Grove Village, IL; or Affton, MO. The candidate will build relationships, maintain documentation, and guide compliance with regulators and customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory processes and documentation.
• Respond to internal & external stakeholders with regulatory guidance.
• Liaise with RD&A, QA, Operations for documentation review and control.
• Develop relationships with customers and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Maintain Technical and Food Safety documentation.
