Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to prepare, validate, analyze, and submit FR Y-14M/Q regulatory reports to the Federal Reserve, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Risk, Finance, Governance, Treasury, Data Management, Technology, and business stakeholders to support production, change management, issue remediation, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance, accounting, risk management, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned regulatory reports, schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate reporting activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful and timely regulatory submissions.
• Manual adjustments and validation checks including edit checks.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment through effective execution of regulatory reporting controls and governance activities.
• Analyze large data sets to validate reported results and investigate variances, trends, and anomalies.
• Support efforts to implement regulatory reporting changes resulting from new regulations, reporting instructions, and business initiatives.
