Job summary

A leading environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Regulatory Project Manager to support environmental licensing and compliance projects in California. This role involves leading projects with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accuracy in regulatory documentation, and fostering stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15-20 years of experience in regulatory processes. Competitive salary package including full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, Hydrology, Environmental Policy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15–20 years of professional experience in endangered species recovery and restoration, CEQA, NEPA, and regulatory permitting.
• Demonstrated experience with California and federal regulatory processes, including coastal permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regulatory, environmental, and permitting projects.
• Coordinate the preparation of FERC licensing, permitting, and compliance documents.
• Facilitate agency and stakeholder consultations including meeting coordination.
