Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager in the Regulatory PMO to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with counsel, product teams, and cross-functional partners to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across offices and time zones.

The role focuses on how Google responds to inquiries and investigations worldwide. The position emphasizes working with Global Affairs, Legal, Public Policy, Finance and product areas

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

Partner with legal counsel, product teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive tasks and implement project management principles on complex matters.
Identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives and knowledge management projects.
Identify bottlenecks and field escalations to stakeholders, providing internal recommendations.
Facilitate large, global cross-functional working groups and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives.
Facilitate critical decision making while managing timelines.
