• 5+ years of relevant experience in regulatory litigation, preferably electric/telecom.
• Must be able to work in-office in Austin, TX; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory proceedings, spin-off litigation, and condemnation activity.
• Handle complex matters in electric and telecommunications industries.
• Provide client service to utilities and infrastructure investors.
• Manage multiple litigation priorities in a fast-paced environment.
