Qualifications

• 5+ years as a regulatory attorney or compliance counsel at a major firm, corporation, or agency.
• Direct ownership of regulatory compliance programs or enforcement matters.
• Fluency with regulatory tooling and understanding of administrative processes.
• Professional credential preferred (JD with bar admission; international equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Construct regulatory scenarios across US and international tracks, including agency investigations and rulemaking.
• Develop outputs such as reference memoranda, regulatory filings, and enforcement documents.
• Write rubrics to distinguish authentic regulatory judgment from generic exam recall.
