CVS Health is seeking a Senior Regulatory Analyst to support Aetna's commercial health insurance business with a primary focus on California and cross-regional regulatory support. The role emphasizes compliance with state regulations, regulatory filings, and coordination with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in regulatory affairs, healthcare compliance, insurance operations, or related fields in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate regulatory filings, responses, and communications with state regulators.
• Support relationships and interactions with California regulatory agencies.
• Assist governance activities for California legal entities, including board and committee support.
• Research legal, regulatory, and compliance issues.
• Track legislative and regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory databases, repositories, and tracking tools.
• Support regulatory projects across the West Region.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, and business teams to meet regulatory requirements.
