Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for the Cath/Electrophysiology Lab in Dallas, TX. The role requires a current Texas RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in cath lab or critical care settings.

You will coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The RN will participate in on-call rotations, precept newer staff, and provide leadership as a charge nurse when needed.

## Senior Registered Nurse - Cath/EP LabApply: RJA Clinic: 4th FLR BLK 800: Full time: Posted Today: 990223**Work Schedule - Days Fulltime****Shift - 6:30am to 6 pm (4days)****PRIMARY PURPOSE**The RN is a licensed professional who uses the Parkland nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery, that focuses on a particular patient population(s)/specific health conditions, by the health care team. Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response. The RN utilizes knowledge of patient needs and the healthcare environment to assist patients to transition through the healthcare encounter without any preventable complications or delays.
