The Valley Health System's Centennial Hills Hospital in Las Vegas seeks a registered nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care aligned with hospital standards and nursing practice. You will contribute to quality outcomes within a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient advocacy, and adherence to Service Excellence while delivering compassionate care across units as required by the department.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS Certification (adult patients), or PALS NR or NRP as required by department.

Responsabilidades

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
