KONA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL in Kealakekua, HI is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse for the Skilled Nursing-Acute unit. The RN coordinates nursing care, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides team leadership.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and Hawaii RN licensure; six months’ nursing experience; master's degree may substitute for one year of experience. Work includes shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Six (6) months of professional nursing work experience.
• Possession of master’s degree may substitute for one year of nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care for patients and participate in patient/family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with staff and departments; may work shifts, weekends and holidays.
