As the Senior Regional Refrigeration Specialist, you will serve as the technical expert and regional leader for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems across Amazon's expanding North American market. You will drive standardization, reliability improvements, and technical excellence across multiple facilities while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with food safety standards. You will be instrumental in leading Amazon RME towards World Class Maintenance in refrigeration operations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
