Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Regional Portfolio Manager to supervise projects, budgets and site operations, driving cost estimates and financial planning for the Boise NMS footprint.

You will coordinate with IT, Security and facilities teams, manage OpEx/CapEx submissions, and act as the face of GW in Boise while leveraging AI to improve day-to-day workflows.

The role requires 5–10 years in corporate real estate, vendor management, and a proactive, multi-level management approach.

Qualifications

  • Construction Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in various Corporate Real Estate roles.
  • Experience leading 3rd Party Suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the NMS Global Workplace (GW) team in Boise.
  • Responsible for Business Unit alignment on growth and space needs.
  • Own and handle financial projects and variance reporting for the Boise NMS site functions.
  • Partner with IT, Audio Video, Security, Environmental Health and Safety, Boise Operations, Boise Projects, ID1 Construction on coordination and site strategy.
  • Single Point Of Contact for Boise Cushman & Wakefield (CW) supplier team local engagement.
  • Leverage AI to make your work more efficient.
  • Financially responsible for OpEx and Capital submissions.
