Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Regional Controller in Eagan, MN to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the US region. You will partner with both finance and operations to deliver insightful analyses that influence strategic decisions and drive performance.

The role requires a senior-level background with 10–15 years in controllership, strong communication, and leadership skills. A CPA is preferred, with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and job costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10–15 years of work experience in controllership or FP&A roles.
• Accounting designation (CPA) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and operations to deliver reporting and analysis to leadership.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data for monthly reporting from accounting and operations systems.
• Lead development and maintenance of financial and operational reports.
