You will be responsible for troubleshooting, developing training programs, and leading teams to improve equipment reliability and performance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma +10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Associate degree/Technical Diploma with 6 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill work order information in SAP and confirm status.
• Develop and maintain detailed training program for the team.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and detailed failure analysis.
• Provide status reports regarding Preventative Maintenance activities.
• Coordinate work of outside contractors on advanced projects.
• Lead cross-functional equipment improvement teams.
