Job summary

Visionary Eye Surgery in Plano, TX seeks a second refractive surgeon to operate the full menu and teach in plain English. You will work alongside Dr. Shehz from day one, building a trusted practice focused on truth and patient education.

The role emphasizes surgical excellence, on-camera teaching, and collaboration with optometry partners, with compensation ranging from 350,000 to 450,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology.
• Willing to be on camera regularly and communicate clearly.
• Hands-on case experience in refractive and lens surgery.

Responsibilities

• Operate LASIK, PRK, SMILE, EVO ICL, refractive lens exchange, and premium cataract surgery.
• Own consults; advise on procedures with honesty; pricing handled by counselors.
• Teach on camera via patient education videos, webinars, and seminars.
• Collaborate with optometry partners and co-management events.
• Track outcomes, refine nomograms, and present cases at conferences if desired.
