Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related discipline required.
- Six (6) years in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience in BP&A and Commercial Roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Reviews month-to-date refinery gross margin performance against benchmarks.
- Contributes to weekly executive-level reports.
- Analyzes impacts to gross margin relative to external margin indicators.
- Links operational performance to financial outcomes across VCO/FVC.
- Maintains West Region refinery index and analyzes drivers of deviations.
- Determines breakeven crack spread for refineries and region.
- Contributes to long-term plans and short-term forecasts for margin.
- Prepares quarterly Value Chain P&L reviews with leadership.
- Supports ad-hoc requests from management and BP&A teams.
