Robinhood is seeking a Staff Offensive Security Engineer to lead red team initiatives and strengthen defenses. You will plan long-term assessments, simulate adversary scenarios, and drive risk-based remediation across applications, infrastructure, and physical environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in red team operations or advanced pentesting.
• Experience mentoring or supporting development of security engineers.
• Familiarity with CI, container orchestration, cloud providers, and security testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize findings and projects with stakeholders and other teams.
• Mentor Offensive Security team members.
• Plan and execute red team exercises simulating real-world attacks.
• Perform threat modeling and penetration testing across apps, infra, and corporate environments.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate security testing.
• Work with detection and response teams to improve incident readiness.
• Lead security incidents when pentest or red team findings require them.
