Job summary

Fetch is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter for Valet Trash to own recruiting across multiple markets. This high-volume, fast-moving role partners with Operations to build pipelines and meet launch timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing recruiting across multiple locations or markets.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines beyond inbound applications.
• Experience partnering with Operations and hiring managers in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and a large, changing requisition workload.
• Strong candidate outreach and engagement across phone, text, email, and other channels.
• Experience using recruiting technology to manage pipelines and activity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Valet Trash across multiple markets, including frontline roles and field leadership positions.
• Partner with Area Managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, staffing gaps, and market challenges.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maintain pipelines in established and new markets.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, resume databases, outreach, referrals, social channels, and other methods.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and move candidates through the process.
• Maintain timely candidate communication throughout recruiting and onboarding.
