Immunome, Inc. is hiring a Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences to lead full-cycle recruitment across clinical development and commercial teams. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to identify needs, source top candidates, and manage the interview and offer process in a fast-paced biotech environment.
The role requires at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record in biotech or CRO settings, and on-site work in Bothell, WA at least one day per week.
Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.
The Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome's growing Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Solid demonstrated candidate sourcing experience is required.
