Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, sources and builds pipelines, and maintains relationships with hiring managers and candidates to promote the firm’s brand across markets.

The ideal candidate will manage candidate communications, prescreening, scheduling interviews, and offers within policy guidelines, while ensuring timely feedback and compliant records in ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years of related recruiting experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads full lifecycle recruiting for high priority roles across North America.
• Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers and candidates to promote the firm’s brand.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures legal compliance in staffing practices.
• Coordinates and communicates movement of applicants through ATS, including offers and background checks.
