MongoDB, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the US remote model.

You will bring deep sourcing capability, market insights, and proven recruiting experience to identify and engage top talent across People and Finance functions. This role focuses on proactive outreach, market research, and partnership with hiring managers to deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruiting process.

Competenze

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a high‑growth technology company, Executive Search firm or recruitment consultancy.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape, with the ability to understand talent competitors and translate market insights into effective recruiting strategies.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
