• A Bachelor's degree in Recreation management or related field is desired.
• A minimum of three years of specialized experience in recreation programming or facility management may substitute for a formal degree.
• K n o w l e d g e of activities, services, and participants for planning recreation programs.
• Understanding advanced principles for designing, implementing, and monitoring facilities and programs.
• Knowledge of personnel management, including recruitment, hiring, training, and development.
• Familiarity with space utilization policies and budgeting.
