Job summary

iicrc-careers in Ohio is seeking a high-energy Director of Reconstruction to supervise field operations, drive project momentum, ensure profitability, and deliver exceptional quality that exceeds customer expectations.

You will manage budgets, approve work orders, onboard and coach reconstruction teams, recruit sub-contractors, track KPIs, and provide strategic analysis to the Director while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in construction management and team leadership is required.
• 3 years of team management experience; Xactimate and insurance adjusting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure client requirements and quality standards are met.
• Validate field documentation and review final job files for audits.
• Approve project budgets and work orders before execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Lead daily WIP meetings and onboarding for all reconstruction roles.
• Recruit, vet, and manage a network of sub-contractors and vendors.
• Prepare KPI reports and provide strategic analysis to the Director.
