Job summary

Talenique-Inc is seeking a Receiving Inspector III to perform repetitive inspection of materials, sub-assemblies and assemblies received. You will apply established inspection procedures, use inspection tools, and specify workmanship and material defects.

The role requires adherence to ESD and MSD handling, IPC-600 and IPC-6110 requirements, inspection of PCB drawings, disposition of defects, and MRB management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC standards is essential.
• Willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, mechanical and dimensional inspections on received items.
• Apply IPC-600 & IPC-6110 requirements for PCB validation.
• Identify and disposition defective items per procedures.
• Test lead-free components using XRF tool.
• Maintain MRB and post-MRB disposition; chair MRB as required.
• Support ISO quality systems and 6S objectives.
