ClinChoice is seeking a Senior Real-World Data Scientist/Analytics Consultant to lead analytical efforts across diverse therapeutic areas for a high-profile sponsor. The role emphasizes RWD study design, statistical programming, and cross-functional collaboration within a global CRO.

The candidate will oversee development of analysis specifications, create analytical programs, validate key variables, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders with methodological rigor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Bioinformatics or related field with 5-8 years post-graduation or PhD with 3+ years post-grad experience.
• Advanced expertise in statistical programming and observational research methods.
• Comprehensive experience with healthcare data sources and analysis.
• Proven ability to lead projects autonomously in a matrix environment.
• Track record of managing priorities and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analysis specifications and study methodologies.
• Develop programs and conduct analyses for Real World Data research.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure quality standards across projects.
• Communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee QC processes and cross-functional team collaboration.
