Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong OS fundamentals: process/memory management, IPC, concurrency, synchronization.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for systems-level development and debugging.
• Experience with debugging tools such as gdb or lldb.
• Familiarity with Gen AI coding tools for design, code generation, and debugging.
• Ability to analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement framework features powering real-time experiences across visionOS, iOS, and macOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions for Vision Pro, iPhone, and Mac.
• Create architectural RFCs describing feature operation and guiding development.
• Prioritize issues based on MTBF, user impact, and test coverage.
• Optimize system performance to meet latency, jitter, and resource KPIs.
