Job summary

Moon is seeking a frontend/graphics engineer to build real-time 3D experiences for homeowners using React Three Fiber and Three.js. You will craft clean abstractions and treat performance as a feature with measurable impact.

You will own render and runtime performance, optimize data formats and loading strategies, and contribute to scene-graph work, materials, lighting, and data-driven assembly while shipping behind feature flags.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end/graphics engineering with production Three.js or React Three Fiber.
• Strong 3D fundamentals: scene graphs, materials, lighting, geometry, GPU performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new 3D capabilities exposed as clean, versioned APIs for multiple product teams.
• Own render and runtime performance on real devices: frame rates, load times, memory budgets on tablets in customers' homes.
