The candidate will handle sophisticated transactional work across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development, including data center matters, and will mentor junior associates while interfacing directly with clients and counterparties.

Formación

• Four to six years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
• Ability to draft, manage and negotiate complex transaction documents and interface directly with clients and counterparties.
• Mentor and train junior associates in the group.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sophisticated transactional real estate matters across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
