Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its real estate practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm, and will advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, financings, and workouts.

This position requires strong drafting skills and excellent academic credentials, along with the ability to supervise junior staff and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint ventures preferred.
• Strong drafting skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients.
