Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Real Estate Title and Survey Senior Attorney to manage title and survey reviews for complex commercial transactions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a large firm or national title company, strong title insurance and survey knowledge, and proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across stakeholders. A law degree from an ABA-accredited school and Bar admission are required; relocation benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a large law firm or national title company.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate title and survey review for the Real Estate practice.
• Review title commitments and related documents, analyze title exceptions.
• Collaborate with deal attorneys to evaluate title matters and develop solutions.
• Manage the title and survey review process across multiple transactions.
• Supervise and mentor paralegals responsible for title and survey review.
• Advise attorneys on complex title insurance and survey matters.
