EisnerAmper is seeking a technical real estate tax professional to join our National Office Tax team. You will serve as a technical resource, guiding on REITs, partnership tax, and complex real estate transactions, while collaborating with partners and client teams in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in real estate tax, CPA or EA credentials, and strong research and communication skills to support sophisticated tax planning and advisory work.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of real estate tax experience within public accounting or professional services.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification mandatory.
• Strong tax research and writing skills.
• Experience communicating technical tax issues to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and engagements.

• Research and analyze complex federal tax issues affecting real estate clients.
• Advise partners and engagement teams on technical tax matters.
• Prepare and review technical memoranda and tax position documentation.
