Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Risk Consultant - Real Estate to provide outsourced risk management and insurance advisory services within the Real Estate & Hospitality practice. This hybrid role involves risk assessments, reporting, and collaboration with the National Real Estate & Hospitality Leader to deliver practical, executive-ready recommendations.

Candidates should have extensive real estate risk experience, strong consulting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple client

Qualifications

• Extensive risk management and insurance experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience developing risk-mitigation strategies across claims management and risk control.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to real estate and hospitality clients on risk management and insurance programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyses using auditing procedures to evaluate exposures and controls.
• Review contracts and policies to identify risk-management and regulatory considerations.
• Advise on claims management, loss prevention, and alternative risk solutions.
• Translate findings into executive-ready reports and maintain client records.
