Qualifications

• 6+ years of paralegal experience in real estate law.
• Strong understanding of leases and purchase agreements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with title and survey reviews and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review real estate documents (leases, purchase agreements, closings).
• Coordinate title and survey reviews and due diligence.
• Draft and file documents related to real estate transactions.
• Maintain and organize case files with up-to-date documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
• Support attorneys in managing deadlines and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries for case prep.
