• Draft motions, briefs, and strategies for summary judgments and appeals.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and hearings in tax certiorari proceedings.
• Advise on distressed assets and joint venture disputes for major developers.
• Collaborate with transactional teams for integrated real estate solutions.
