- 8–18 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
- Substantial experience in one or more specified areas including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and related transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sophisticated matters at the leadership level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in leading and growing a real estate practice.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with attorneys and other professionals.
- Contribute to strategic development and future growth of the real estate practice.
- Handle complex real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and related transactions.
