Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in complex commercial real estate matters.
• Experience handling real estate debt and equity transactions, drafting related documents, and leading closings.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate debt and equity transactions, including drafting equity operating documents, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Conduct transactional due diligence reviews, including title and survey matters.
• Manage all aspects of transactional closings.
