Job summary

PNC is seeking an experienced analyst to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations, evaluate loan risk, and support transaction structuring.

Based in an in-office setting, you will draft narratives for credits and agencies, review term sheets, and collaborate across teams to ensure underwriting guidelines are met and client needs are addressed.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant banking experience required.
  • Experience with credit facilities, real estate loans and financial statements.
  • Must understand underwriting guidelines and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex property operations (credit facilities, pools, cost recoup) to assess loan viability.
  • Analyze financial statements and documents to evaluate risk for complex transactions.
  • Conduct de‑brief analysis and structuring for complex properties or portfolios.
  • Prepare narratives for Credit/agency submissions with analysis and deal structure.
  • Draft, review and analyze complex term sheets for potential transactions.
