Qualifications

• 12–20 years of experience representing commercial real estate developers, investors, and owners in complex real estate transactions.
• Established or portable book of business; strong academic credentials.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills; admitted and in good standing in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, leasing, land use and zoning matters, and related real estate transactions.
• Manage complex matters and advise clients on strategic issues.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.
