Job summary

Truist is seeking a Vice President, Real Estate Corporate Banking in the United States (Georgia) to lead strategic advisory for commercial real estate clients, including private equity real estate investors and REITs. You will originate, structure, and syndicate complex transactions, while mentoring junior staff and driving growth through client engagement.

The role blends business development, portfolio management, and deal execution with strong credit under‑ writing and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Proven credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source new clients with Coverage teams and manage relationships in a team environment.
• Lead portfolio management and structure new deal opportunities.
• Coordinate with product partners to deliver integrated financing solutions.
• Originate secured and unsecured loans and underwrite bespoke balance sheet solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support underwriting and pitches.
