Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support corporate real estate and capital improvement projects throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and owner's representative, leading complex projects and programs from planning through completion while ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in CRE or consulting.
• Experience leading large capital improvement projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• PMP/CCM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects including renovations and infrastructure.
• Manage initiation, scope, budgets, schedules, procurement and governance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to meet objectives.
• Develop budgets, schedules, risk registers, and executive reports.
• Mentor project teams and promote best practices in delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive continual improvement.
