Job summary

McCone Properties is seeking a high-performing real estate professional to run their own book in Dubai. You will win listings, find buyers, negotiate terms, and bring deals to transfer at the Dubai Land Department with extensive backing from a 200-person brokerage.

Expect a commission-only model, with leads handed to you daily, an in-house marketing team, and full support including a paid RERA licence and private health insurance. Relocation to Dubai within 1–3 months is required.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of property sales or high-value sale required.
• Commission-only with tax-free income.
• Relocation to Dubai within 1–3 months.

Responsibilities

• Run your own book: win listings, secure buyers, negotiate, and close deals through to transfer.
• Leads provided daily via Property Finder and marketing support.
• Operate as an independent broker with full control over assignments.
