Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York seeks experienced real estate attorneys to join our growing practice. You will advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financing, and development of commercial properties, including joint ventures.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, performing due diligence, coordinating closings, and ensuring regulatory compliance to mitigate risk across all deals.

• Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents and related contracts.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closings, coordinating title, zoning, environmental and financial aspects.
• Advise clients on compliance and risk management with NY and federal real estate regulations.
