Duties

- Experience with purchase and sale, financing, leasing, title and survey review, and joint venture agreements.
- Proven negotiation skills in complex real estate transactions.
- Strong drafting skills for purchase and sales agreements in commercial real estate.
- Solid legal writing, analytical skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
