Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3-8+ years of substantive experience in real estate transactions.
• Experience in mortgage financing, joint-venture equity transactions, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Excellent drafting skills, commercial judgment, and attention to detail.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mortgage and mezzanine financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, JV agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and related transactional materials.
• Support all phases of real estate transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, and finance teams to execute sophisticated real estate deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
