Job summary

PNC is seeking an Accounting Specialist Senior to join its Real Estate organization in Portland, OR. You will provide accounting, reporting and analytical support for a real estate-focused business unit, handling month-end close, journal entries and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate offers 3+ years of relevant experience, GAAP knowledge, and comfort working across multiple priorities. LIHTC and Oracle experience are a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years relevant experience.
• GAAP knowledge and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with bank accounting, loans and investments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides accounting, reporting and analytical expertise for a business unit.
• Creates specialized reports and accounting memoranda for internal/external use.
• Completes month-end, quarter-end and year-end close incl. journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Supports accounting staff development.
