Cynet Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineering professional to develop and support enterprise-grade web applications. The pay range for this opportunity is $50.00 to $55.00 per hour.

In this role, you will help lead the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions. You will work across Agile teams, adapt to evolving technologies and project needs, and contribute to a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in software/web development, with five+ years in HTML/JavaScript/CSS.
• Experience with React.js, Redux, and enterprise web apps; WCAG 2.0/2.1; SDL Tridion.

About The Role

Cynet Systems is seeking an experienced software engineering professional to develop and support enterprise-grade web applications. The pay range for this opportunity is $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. In this role, you will help lead the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions. You will work across Agile teams, adapt to evolving technologies and project needs, and contribute to a strong customer experience. The position calls for sound technical judgment, effective communication, and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems. You will also help foster innovation, support team development, and contribute to responsive, accessible web experiences.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, science, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, training, or education. Required experience includes at least five years in software engineering or web application development, with five or more years of hands-on experience using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Candidates should have at least two years of experience developing enterprise web applications with React.js and Redux, three or more years working with WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, or both, and at least one year of experience with the SDL Tridion content management system.

Strong proficiency with Node.js, Webpack, and tools used in React front-end development is required, as is familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and development tools. Applicants should bring experience building enterprise-grade, responsive web applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in Agile environments. This includes participating in daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies and taking accountability as part of a software development team. Experience with application and web security, performance analysis and tuning, Windows or Mac OS-X development environments, and unit testing tools such as Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, or React Testing Library is desirable. The ability to build partnerships across business and functional teams is also valued.

Understand business needs and translate them into clear technical solutions, considering usability, accessibility, performance, security, and maintainability. Adapt quickly to new technologies, changing priorities, and evolving project requirements while maintaining a focus on customer experience. Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and functional partners in an Agile environment. Make sound technical decisions, communicate recommendations clearly, and support implementation through development and testing. Facilitate brainstorming, encourage innovation, and help motivate teammates. Partner with managers in supporting team members’ career growth and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
